No. Aud is designed as a non-exclusive property lifecycle collaboration network. You may retain your existing aggregator, credit licence or Credit Representative arrangement, lender accreditations, CRM, trail book and active loan pipeline.
Your participation may still be subject to notification or approval requirements under your existing agreements.
No. The Broker remains the primary relationship owner. Aud and its service partners may use client information only for the consented collaboration, sales and service purpose, subject to the applicable terms and privacy requirements.
No. Aud does not require a full migration of your mortgage CRM or loan book. You submit only the information necessary for each individual collaboration opportunity, with the client’s consent.
Yes. Participation is non-exclusive, subject to the final Broker Partner Agreement. You retain discretion to recommend providers appropriate to the client’s circumstances.
Not necessarily. Property collaboration payments depend on the activity performed, your licensing and authorisation status, the location of the property and applicable state or territory law. Some jurisdictions restrict commission sharing with unlicensed persons.

All amounts are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
