Credit Guide

Who we are. AUD Financial Group Pty Ltd provides mortgage and finance broking services covering residential lending, commercial finance and property development funding.

Our role. As a finance broker we do not lend money ourselves. Our role is to understand your objectives and financial circumstances, help you compare options available through participating banks, non-bank lenders and specialist finance providers, and manage the application, approval and settlement process.

How we are paid. For many residential loans we may receive commission from the lender. Commercial, development, private lending or complex arrangements may involve an advisory or application fee. Any applicable fees and commissions will be explained before services commence and disclosed in the relevant credit documentation.

Before providing credit assistance. We will seek to understand your objectives, requirements and financial situation, and assess whether a proposed loan is suitable for you as required by law.

Licensing. ACN, Credit Representative Number, Licensee and Australian Credit Licence details will be published on this page once confirmed.

Complaints

Step one: tell us. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us first on +61 2 8805 5988 or gavin@audbuild.com, describing what happened and how you would like it resolved.

Our commitment. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, investigate it properly and aim to provide a response and resolution within 30 days.

External resolution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may refer your complaint to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA), a free and independent external dispute resolution scheme (afca.org.au, 1800 931 678).
